Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding product features and account troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high First Call Resolution (FCR) rate while adhering to strict quality benchmarks.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills.
- Strive to exceed monthly performance KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or international customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple CRM platforms simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a focus on attention to detail.
