Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM with high attention to detail.
- Achieve and maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and CSAT scores.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and service policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
