Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex product or service issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring system bugs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs regarding quality assurance and response time.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to optimize support workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting operational schedules.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
