Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class support via voice, email, and live chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professional empathy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address service pain points.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT scores and resolution time targets.
- Proactively participate in ongoing product training and skill-development workshops.
- Uphold data privacy and security standards in alignment with global compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or international customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- College graduate or completed at least 2 years of tertiary education.
