Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and live chat channels with high professionalism.
- Resolve complex product issues by leveraging internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting tools.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent concerns and improve service delivery processes.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to offer insightful recommendations and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or international customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across multiple software platforms.
- Proven ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
