Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting for account-related issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by delivering empathetic support.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM platform with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical concerns.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs regarding average handle time and resolution rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
