Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Resolve complex customer issues with accuracy and professional empathy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and troubleshoot technical concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs including CSAT and Average Handle Time.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product specifications.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or international customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational certification.
- Fast learner with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
