Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Utilize internal CRM tools to document interactions and track issue resolution progress.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and account support for global enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical concerns effectively.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by meeting strict quality assurance standards.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on service modifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or international customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
