Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with a first-contact resolution mindset.
- Maintain high performance metrics regarding quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report product or process improvements.
- Adhere to established data privacy and information security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
