Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat with high professional standards.
- Resolve complex technical or account-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and First Call Resolution (FCR) targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve recurring product feedback.
- Meet and exceed daily KPI and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a resilient, customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
