- Resolve complex customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professional empathy.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores by providing personalized solutions.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM system with meticulous detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to operational KPIs, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be ready for immediate hire.
