Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer escalations by applying active listening and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM software to ensure data integrity.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs, including First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule, including nights and holidays.
- Proven ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with high self-motivation.
