Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via voice, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and professional resolution techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
