Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex product or service issues with empathy and professional judgment.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and customer account updates.
- Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Provide proactive feedback on process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms and CRM tools simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Quezon City office.
