Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT scores and resolution time.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve operational workflows.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
