Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to client issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and productivity.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in computer navigation and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with a natural ability to learn new software applications quickly.
