Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem resolution.
- Adhere to strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards and operational metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account escalations.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs consistently.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in computer navigation and CRM software.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Excellent critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
