Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy, efficiency, and professional judgment.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our proprietary CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve high-priority escalations.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs regarding response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college or equivalent work experience.
