Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professional empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical technical or billing concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and communication standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting productivity and quality targets.
