Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity targets and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using multi-channel support tools.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant plus.
- Resilient, patient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.
