As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring world-class service delivery while navigating complex inquiries with professionalism and agility.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve complex product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic and efficient support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality assurance KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal process changes to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Eastwood City facility.
