Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chat support for global accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT, Quality Scores, and Average Handle Time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring product issues.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert-level guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- College graduate or at least 2 years of completed tertiary education.
