As a key member of our BPO team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex technical issues using internal knowledge bases and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future tracking.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize support workflows and reduce resolution times.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding talk time, quality scores, and attendance.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points to drive product improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
- Tech-savvy with a fast typing speed and high attention to detail.
