Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries while maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal operational protocols.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting daily performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent work experience.
