Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex product or service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding resolution time and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring user friction points.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance communication and technical skills.
- Provide detailed feedback on service trends to management to optimize operational processes.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Must possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
