Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client-specific service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document customer interactions thoroughly within the CRM system for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving daily performance metrics and quality assurance targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.
