Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately document all interactions within our proprietary CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring product pain points.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score through professional and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications (MS Office/G-Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Educational background equivalent to at least 2 years in college or a completed Vocational course.
