Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat platforms.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system with high data integrity.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and CSAT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring product issues.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate troubleshooting guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and high emotional intelligence.
