Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professional etiquette and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding resolution time and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols for sensitive data protection.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
