Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client workflows and product adoption.
- Resolve complex technical issues by partnering with internal engineering and product teams.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores through timely and empathetic communication.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to our internal knowledge base to improve self-service support.
- Conduct onboarding walkthroughs to ensure new users are successfully integrated.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage account renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or client-facing roles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot preferred).
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of resolving escalations with patience and empathy.
