Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical product issues with accuracy and professional speed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform to provide insightful guidance to users.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate recurring user issues.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to maintain accurate account history.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal knowledge base and FAQ resources.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex digital platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
