Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their ROI.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help drive product improvements.
- Achieve individual performance targets related to customer satisfaction (CSAT) and response times.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or success role (SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate tense situations.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
