- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks to improve user experience and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide actionable customer feedback.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our platform features to provide expert guidance.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key client accounts.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to streamline support processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support or client success roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proficiency with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
