Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex technical and account-related issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide accurate, value-added guidance.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to drive data-backed improvements to our service model.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell features that align with customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training to master new platform updates and service protocols.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including CSAT, resolution time, and retention metrics.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or escalated situations.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software platforms quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
