Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless platform utilization.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing empathetic and efficient resolutions.
- Document customer feedback to provide actionable insights for our product and engineering teams.
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to train new users on core software functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for customer needs and drive feature improvements.
- Monitor account health metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume ticket queues while maintaining quality.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
