Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product guidance to our premium user base.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and advocate for user needs internally.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to maintain accurate account histories.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve complex client escalations.
- Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge base and FAQ resources.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly satisfaction (CSAT) and response time targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
