- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure clients achieve immediate value from our software.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Analyze support metrics to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Provide technical troubleshooting to assist customers with platform implementation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Tier 2 Support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team environment.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical aptitude to learn complex SaaS product workflows quickly.
