Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores through timely and accurate resolutions.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to drive product improvement and feature requests.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to escalate complex account concerns.
- Educate clients on platform features to maximize their return on investment.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating helpful documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or support role, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Proficiency in modern support software like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team-based performance goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
