Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with speed and precision.
- Act as a product expert, providing detailed guidance to ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team while keeping stakeholders updated.
- Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for product features and internal processes.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings through personalized service.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to streamline the onboarding experience for new users.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or communications.
