Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Resolve product-related technical queries with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for user needs and product improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Proactively identify and escalate recurring issues to the engineering team.
- Develop and update internal knowledge base articles to improve self-service support.
- Exceed monthly KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth customer support or success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
