We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for our valued users, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Provide expert-level product troubleshooting to resolve complex user issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM to drive product feedback loops.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell value-added services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to escalate recurring technical bugs.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and contribute to operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-growth customer-facing or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Must be located in the Austin, TX area or willing to relocate.
