Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with precision and speed.
- Act as a product expert, providing comprehensive technical troubleshooting and platform navigation support.
- Identify recurring user pain points and collaborate with our engineering team to drive product improvements.
- Maintain a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score by providing timely, personalized, and proactive solutions.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they understand core features and value propositions from day one.
- Document support interactions accurately in our CRM to maintain a clear history of client engagement.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by drafting articles and FAQ guides for common user issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technical environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom).
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
