Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with speed and precision.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product suite to provide expert guidance and product recommendations.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements to our management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution time.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating helpful documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support or success role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
