Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert-level guidance.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and feature requests.
- Drive customer retention by fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Draft and update help center articles and internal training documentation.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve service workflows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or success roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
