Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Onboard new clients by providing comprehensive product walkthroughs and training sessions.
- Proactively identify areas for service improvement to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the product team to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements based on user feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs to improve self-service options.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or support-related role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
