Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on user pain points.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Document all interactions meticulously within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with modern help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly office environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
