Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex bugs to the engineering team.
- Maintain high satisfaction scores (CSAT) by providing timely, personalized, and accurate solutions.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our product roadmap.
- Create and update help center articles, FAQs, and internal knowledge base documentation.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to drive user adoption and retention.
- Follow up with high-priority accounts to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed while managing high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new software platforms quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workflows.
