Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone with empathy, precision, and efficiency.
- Onboard new enterprise clients, ensuring seamless product adoption and minimizing early-stage churn.
- Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and advocate for high-impact feature requests.
- Analyze weekly customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS) to identify trends and optimize service workflows.
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality articles for our public-facing knowledge base and internal documentation.
- Identify organic upselling and cross-selling opportunities during routine customer touchpoints to drive expansion revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing support, success, or account management role, preferably in SaaS.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency with modern support infrastructure, including Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, or Intercom.
- Proven track record of de-escalating tense customer situations and consistently achieving high CSAT/NPS scores.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical integrations and API issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in communication, business, or information technology.
