Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to engineering teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Onboard new users by guiding them through platform features and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and product enhancement ideas.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM to ensure seamless record-keeping.
- Participate in team meetings to improve support workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for explaining complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency with modern CRM software, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, and goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs.
