Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and improve features.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and self-help documentation.
- Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a successful initial experience with our services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced software environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
